When to choose TPU 95A
- Seals, bumpers and anti-slip pads
- Wheels and rollers for trolleys and furniture
- Device cases and covers
- Vibration dampening parts
When another material is better
- Parts that must be stiff — choose PETG or PA-CF
- Temperatures above 60°C — choose ABS or ASA
- Very thin details — TPU needs walls of at least 1.2 mm
- Precise fits — flexibility makes dimensions harder to hold
