How is the price calculated?

Price = start fee 9 zł + material (weight × price per gram) + machine time (3 zł/h) + 20% margin. Every component is visible in the quote and quantity discounts are applied automatically.

Is the calculator price final?

By default it is an estimate. A technologist checks the model within 4 working hours and confirms the price — you pay only after approval. If the price changes, you will see why.

Which files do you accept?

Accepted Answer

STL, 3MF and OBJ up to 100 MB per file. From 3MF we read the colours of individual objects (up to 4 colours). STEP files are accepted through the inquiry form.

How long does it take?

Normally 3–5 working days from payment, in express mode 1–2 days (+30%). Shipped with InPost parcel lockers or by courier.

Question 5

Are my files safe?

Accepted Answer

Files are seen only by the technologist handling the order. Guest quotes are deleted after 7 days, order files 90 days after completion. We sign NDAs with companies.

Question 6

When do I get a VAT invoice?

Accepted Answer

Once the payment is booked — a PDF by e-mail and on the order page. Company details are fetched from the GUS register by VAT number.
